Reschedule policy/ terms and conditions

Pro Med Training LLC does not issue refunds. We will gladly apply any funds paid towards rescheduling should you not be able to attend your scheduled course IF reschedule is at least 48 hours prior to scheduled course.

Course reschedules are allowed ONE time without penalty, after the first reschedule any subsequent reschedules will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.

Courses rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to original course time will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.

No call no shows are ineligible for rescheduling, and forfeit all funds paid to Pro Med Training for course costs. 

Participants should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.There is a 5 minute grace period for individuals running late, any participant who arrives after the 5 minute grace period is considered a no-call no-show and forfeits all funds paid to Pro Med Training for course costs. 

If participants have a medical condition or disability that will prevent them from taking part in the skills practice sessions, please notify Pro Med Training LLC at the time of enrollment so that accommodations can be made. Pro Med Training LLC reserves the right to request medical clearance from a physician prior to course participation should a request for medical or physical accommodations be made.

Participants will not be eligible to receive a course completion certificate unless they participate fully and meet all course objectives and prerequisites this may include vigorous physical activities such as kneeling on the floor and performing CPR.
